What does registration cover?
Registration costs cover accommodations (RV spots / tent spots / cabins), food, family activities, t-shirts, and supplies. Optional resources may be available for purchase (prices vary.)
Can we get a registration refund?
Full refunds can be issued before noon on September 21st, 2026. After September 21 @ noon ALL funds will be used to purchase food & supplies.
Are t-shirts included in the registration price?
This year there will be a surprise giveaway for each family…be there to find out.
Can we use our cell phones and tablets?
Cell phone/tablet use MUST be limited to using the QR code for the schedule, taking pics or urgent communication.
Please STAY OFF your devices for these three days and enjoy the Legacy experience. This is a special time to be together as a family, delight in the beauty of God’s creation and to disconnect from the world (directors will ask those age 17 and under to put their phones away if this request is being ignored).
Can we bring a family friend?
Yes. However, they CANNOT be counted as one of your children. They must register separately through Eventbrite and pay full price. If your friend is 17 years or younger YOU will be responsible for their actions and physical well-being.
Can we arrive early to camp?
Your family is welcome to arrive at PSCC on Wednesday (of camp week) AFTER 4 PM. Please know, you will be on your own for setting up & meals as the camp directors will be busy getting ready. (For those arriving early you can register at the Retreat Center from 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM on Wednesday.)
Do grandparents count as part of our family unit, or should they register separately?
For the purpose of this camp, a family unit is parent(s)/kid(s) OR grandparent(s)/kid(s). If parents AND grandparents are coming, grandparents should register separately.
If we stay in a motel in Madill or Ardmore, is the registration cost still the same amount?
Yes. We are still having to cover the expenses for our speakers, paying PSCC to use the facility, and providing three full meals a day for everyone. No matter if you are in a cabin, tent, camper, or choose to stay off-site, the fees to attend are the same.
What should we bring for activities (such as fishing, gun range, sports, etc)?
Equipment for almost all activities will be provided (please being your own fishing gear.) If you would like, you are welcome to bring balls & gloves, etc. Please do not bring guns, bows/arrows, etc (unless camp directors ask).
May we bring pets?
Sorry, no pets are allowed. We love your dog too, but we can’t allow 75 families to all bring their dogs and cats.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. There is a camper’s refrigerator and microwave in the back room of the Mess Hall to use. No campers are allowed in kitchen for personal use of ovens, stoves, etc.
Do we need to bring bedding if we’re staying in the cabins?
Yes. Everyone should bring their own bedding. Beds in the cabins and retreat center are twin-sized bunk-style beds.
What should we bring to Legacy Family Camp?
Bible, notepad, pen, lawn chairs, bedding/pillows, towels, flashlight, modest clothing (including clothes to play in), close-toed shoes, toiletries, jacket/blanket for worship, bug spray, water bottle, sports equipment (optional), a great attitude and a desire to grow as a family!
What types of housing options are there?
RV Hookups – 13 RV full hookups & 4 RV no-electric hookups (RV campers will be contacted by directors to work out details) – first registered, first assigned.
RV Primitive (no hookups).
Tent Camping.
Retreat Center (for adult men & women stay in separate sides of one large building – each side has its own bathroom and twin beds).
Family Cabins NOTE: Cabins are assigned by camp directors according to ages of children, size of family and if families can share a cabin (big enough for 1-3 families if desired).
Men’s & Women’s Cabins – shared bathrooms are close by.
Motels are available in Madill, OK or Ardmore, OK to book on your own (registration fee is still the same).
