Registration Details:
- Registration opens at noon (CST) September 7th, 2026.
- Individual Registration: $92 per person (includes a platform fee).
- Children 3 and under attend for free – NO NEED to register them. T-shirts are NOT available to ages 3 and under.
- Full payment due at registration and payment is accepted online only through our registration platform, 3Common.com.
- Registration costs covers meals, speakers, giveaways and supplies for the camp.
- Registration DEADLINE is September 21st at noon.
- NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 21st at NOON (after this date your funds have been used to pay for food, speakers, etc.)
- For those interested in arriving early: you may arrive on Wednesday AFTER 4PM. (Please DO NOT arrive earlier than 4PM.) Set-up and meals are on your own.
Accommodations:
- Family cabins are available but LIMITED. Cabins can be requested on 3Common.com, but not reserved. Placement will be determined by directors at check-in based on family size, children’s ages, and if families can share a cabin.
- Men’s & Women’s cabins – shared bathrooms close by
- Men’s & Women’s rooms in retreat center – twin beds; each big room has a bathroom.
- 13 RV FULL hookups & 4 RV no-electric hookups (RV campers will be contacted by directors to work out details) – RV’s are first registered, first assigned.
- Unlimited tent & primitive RV camping – tents must be set up in designated areas
- Motels available in Madill, OK and Ardmore, OK
- NOTE: Camp fee does NOT change if a family chooses to stay off PSCC campus
